What I don't understand is why I can't get a 4 bar consistently either... I don't live in KY, I live in CA, fast internet and a new router that I'm wired in to. Even when I'm in a full party of west coasters, we get 3 bars. Yesterday I was consistently getting grouped up with people in New York and mid-west. I was jumping out of lobbies after every game to try a fresh host, and still, 3 bar after 3 bar.
