LOL happened to me a ton, I saw this guy hide in the corner so I threw a C4 in the corner and didn't got a hitmarker, since I couldn't see him I thought he back out, so I ran in without looking at the corner and he killed me, he was still there! After watching theater I saw from his POV that the C4 landed right at his feet, he didn't have flak jacket or anything.
